Order Management Team Lead [ITALIAN + FRENCH]
Order Management Team Leader position is open at our prestigious, multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest from 2015. The company provides a professional working environment for their experienced new colleagues who want to join in a continuously developing company. The company operates within the electrical industry in the EMEA region and seeking for its experienced, costumer focused team leader.
As an OM team leader you would be responsible for coordinating and managing of up to 8 people’s performance on group and individual levels, for delivering the agreed service levels and meeting the defined KPI’s. Acting as first line escalation for issues arising, proactively managing our internal French an Italian customers’ expectations. The Order Management Team Leader is also actively involved in process improvement initiatives globally and take part in transition projects.
You are the perfect candidate for this role if you have at least 1 year of experience in people management as a team leader or supervisor and 3 years in order management or other costumer facing areas. Fluent language knowledge in English, Italian and French is necessary.
