Full-Time L1/L2 Support – Oracle Financials
Job Description
Our client is an international consultancy with an office in Budapest is looking for an Oracle L1/L2 Support Analyst with experience/knowledge in Oracle Financials.
Tasks:
- Resolve simple standard IT requests.
- Report issues in a right manner and right format.
- Coordinate issues resolution and direct questions to the right team.
- Report on the progress of issues resolution.
- Main skills required:
Fluent English. Italian is a plus; - Good functional knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 financial applications (Accounts receivable, Collections, Cash management);
- Minimum 2 years of working as 1-st Line – 2-nd Line support;
- Excellent knowledge of service desk processes and procedures.
- Ability to work as a “bridge” between different teams and direct tickets to the right team (functional, technical, admin etc.)
- Strong financial background is a big plus (billing, collections) for retail, distribution or telecom companies
- Desire to learn new tools and processes; ability to learn it fast.
