HR Representative position is open at our prestigious, multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest and is a global leader in beauty industry. The company provides a professional working environment.
As a HR Representative you will be responsible for manage employee queries, up-date their files in company’s system, help new-comers in the induction, preparing documents (contracts, reference letter). Your task will also involve to follow through employees on action items and cooperate with the payroll department.
You are the ideal candidate for this HR Representative position if you are fluent in English and Dutch, have degree preferably in Humans Resources and have similar experience. You also have to be result oriented and have excellent communication skills.
